Privacy Policy
Current MVP scope
XamAI is an educational prototype and pilot service. Operator, contact, grievance, hosting, and policy details are loaded from the server configuration below; production deployment is blocked when required values remain placeholders.
Data we collect
- Account details: username, verified email, phone number, PIN code, password hash, and session records.
- Learning profile: name, state, district, educational board, grade, target exam, and school or coaching details chosen by the user.
- Learning activity: test plans, self-reported results, routines, notes, bookmarks, and AI Tutor messages.
- Support information: contact-form messages and technical security logs.
Why we use data
We use data to authenticate accounts, personalize learning tools, save progress, provide AI-assisted explanations, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. We do not sell personal data or use student activity for targeted advertising.
AI Tutor
When the live AI provider is enabled, questions and limited profile context may be sent to the configured model provider. XamAI requests non-persistent model processing where supported, but users should not submit identity documents, private medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
Expansion-module data
When used, XamAI may also store leaderboard opt-in preferences, revocable parent-access links, mentor bookings, community posts and reports, achievement certificates, referral invitations, and store orders. Parent-access tokens are stored as hashes, leaderboard participation is optional, and demo checkout does not collect card or banking details.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning records remain while the account is active or while required for security and legal purposes. Password-reset tokens expire automatically. Support and audit records use separate retention periods. Account export and self-service deletion must be enabled before unrestricted public launch.
Your choices
You may update your learning profile, clear AI Tutor history, log out, and contact the project team to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Use the contact form and keep the generated reference number.
Children and guardians
See the Child Privacy Notice. The current public MVP must not be marketed for unsupervised use by people under 18 until a verifiable guardian-consent provider and operator-specific compliance process are configured.
